What is a burger? It is the main event for almost every speed eating competition; It is the first thing you see when you step into a fast food restaurant; It is always by the roadside when you drive out in the middle of the night, craving for supper. So, what is a burger to you?

The business was initially scheduled to begin in May, but was moved forward due to MCO. The two founders, who had two totally different backgrounds, became friends after an event and began planning their own business in early January. Their burgers may seem like any other burgers, but you will find something surprising after the first bite!

「our specialties is the buttermilk fried chicken」

They work in the kitchen every day, repeating the same procedures:bathing chicken in their secret overnight buttermilk marinade, wrapping the marinated drumstick cutlets in seasoned flour, pressing properly, frying them till golden brown and assemble the burger with special sauce and sides；Each lunchbox has their slogan and is packed in a paper bag with the joke of the day hand-written on it. Does a take-way like this trigger your appetite?

「we all made a liberal take in f&b industries,take risk but remain urban」

From the logo design, menu names to the quirky jokes on the lunchboxes, all of them showed a strong personality. Although such a creative and bold style does make them stand out from others, they are also indirectly challenging the consumers’ level of acceptance. As it is undeniably very difficult to make a name in an invariable industry, if you are a burger manic, be sure to check out their unique take on burgers!
